Released on Nov. 27, 2019

Customers who have never used the disc buckle scaffold may not know much about its structure and related components. Today we will take a look at the accessories and structure of the disc buckle scaffold.

Speaking of the structure of the disc buckle scaffold, we can understand its specific structure from the order of construction. According to the order of construction, the disc buckle scaffold is mainly composed of: adjustable base, starting rod (only for connecting rod system), vertical pole (connection Two types of connection: rod, sleeve), cross bar, diagonal stay, step ladder, hook springboard, skirting board, tripod, adjustable bracket, etc. Let ’s take a look at the material specifications and uses of the main components.

  1. Pole: Φ48 (60) x3.25mm steel pipe of Q345 material is usually used, and a disc is welded every 0.5m, and the surface is hot-dip galvanized. The connection method of the pole is divided into: plug-in connecting rod (end distance 100 + 400) and outer sleeve (250 + 250 end distance).

Vertical poles are mainly subjected to vertical loads. Common sizes: 0.5m, 1.0m, 1.5m, 2m.

  2. Crossbar: Φ48x3.0mm steel pipe of Q235 material is usually used. The crossbar head is welded at both ends. The bolt is assembled in the crossbar head. The bolt is locked in the small hole of the disc during assembly. The surface is hot-dip galvanized.

Crossbars are mainly used to connect vertical poles, stabilize the frame, and bear loads such as step ladders and hook iron plates.

Domestic common sizes: 0.6m, 0.9m, 1.2m, 1.5m, 1.8m.

Crossbar head fittings (village quality is cast steel): latch fittings (material: Q235).

Note: The length of the horizontal bar refers to the distance between the vertical bar and the centerline of the vertical bar.

3. Tilt rod:

Generally, a Φ42x2.75mm steel pipe made of Q195 is used. Both ends are equipped with inclined sliders. The latches are assembled in the latches. The latches are clamped in the large holes of the disc during assembly.

The stay rod is mainly used to stabilize the frame. H step (height), L longitudinal distance (span).

Common sizes: H2000L900 / 1500/1800 (outer frame), H1500L600 / 900/1200/1500 (inner support) stay head fittings (made of cast steel).

Note: The span of the stay bar refers to the distance between the pole and the centerline of the pole.

4, starting rod (also known as the base, used in conjunction with the pole to insert the connecting rod): Q345Φ48x3.25mm (Φ60x3.25mm) steel pipe and Q345Φ57x4.0mm (Φ70x4.0mm) sleeve welding.

The steel pipe is only 200mm long, a short sleeve is welded on the steel pipe, a disc is welded in the middle, and the surface of the starting rod is hot-dip galvanized.

The disc buckle scaffolding starting rod is mainly used to transfer vertical loads and control the height of the sweeping rod.

This concludes the introduction of the disc buckle scaffolding accessories. I believe that everyone should know something. If you have any questions, please feel free to consult our online customer service or call us.
